We provide physiotherapy, advanced nursing care, specialized care, doctor’s basic consultation and assessment, housekeeping, pick-up and drop-off, hospital visits and appointments services for our resident to ensure they feels secure, valued, and embraced by a community committed to their well-being and dignity.

5. Do you have an age restriction?

Yes, Gentle Hill is designed for individuals aged 55 and above.

6. What happens if I feel Gentle Hill isn’t the right fit for me?

We allow a two-week consideration period starting from the move-in date. If you feel it’s not suitable during this period, a refund will be provided. However, if you decide to move out after the two-week period, the deposit will not be refunded.

7. How do you handle medical emergencies?

Our caregivers are fully trained to handle emergencies, and we have a certified nurse on staff who is well-versed in all emergency protocols. Additionally, our elder home is conveniently located just 5 minutes from Hospital Kulai (Hospital Temenggong Seri Maharaja Tun Ibrahim).

8. Can I visit residents anytime, or are there visiting hours?

We welcome daily visits by appointment during the following hours: 9:00 AM–11:00 AM, 2:00 PM–4:00 PM, and 7:00 PM–8:00 PM. Please contact us to schedule your visit, as we do not accept walk-ins. This policy ensures the safety of our residents and allows us to create a warm and pleasant experience for you and your loved ones.

9. Daycare services included with?

Our daycare service operates on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, offering a comfortable and engaging experience for your loved ones. The service includes three nutritious meals: breakfast, lunch, and afternoon tea. A cozy bed is provided for their afternoon nap, ensuring they get the rest they need. Your loved ones will also participate in enriching daily activities, such as group exercises and hobby classes. 10. Does Gentle Hill accept Alzheimer's disease residents?

During admission, a comprehensive assessment will be conducted by our panel doctor, panel TCM practitioner, in-house nurse, and physiotherapist. This ensures that all residents can live happily and safely at Gentle Hill Elder Care Centre. For individuals with Alzheimer’s disease, this assessment is also required.
